In Loving Remembrance of our Dear Firdows, a Sadaqah Jariyah.

Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh,

إِنَّا لِلَّـهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ

Innā li-llāhi wa innā ilayhi rājiʿūn

Verily, we belong to Allah, and verily, to Him do we return [2:156].

Our beloved Firdows Abdulkader, aged 25, was a cherished daughter, sister, niece, and friend who had a natural ability to connect with people of all ages, earning the love and admiration of both the young and the old. Firdows had a deep passion for learning and found great joy in sharing her knowledge and skills with others. She embodied kindness, compassion, and love in all that she did. Her loss has deeply affected us and serves as a humbling reminder of the fleeting nature of this dunya. May we strive to live righteously so that we may be granted Jannatul Firdows and reunited with her in the highest ranks of paradise.

One of the most meaningful ways to continue earning reward after one’s passing is through Sadaqah Jariyah. In her honoured memory, we are raising funds to construct a grade 9 classroom in Wad-Sharifey School for Eritrean Refugees, in Eastern Sudan. This classroom will bear her name and stand as a lasting source of benefit, supporting Eritrean refugees through access to education.
