Canadian Eritrean Youth Development (CEYD) is a youth-led, community-driven nonprofit organization committed to empowering Eritrean youth in Canada while providing humanitarian and educational support to vulnerable communities in East Africa.
Who We Serve
Eritrean youth in Canada often navigate challenges related to identity, belonging, education, and career development. At the same time, Eritrean families and children living in refugee camps across East Africa continue to face urgent humanitarian needs, limited access to education, and ongoing instability.
CEYD exists to respond to these realities with care, understanding, and purpose.
By investing in youth locally and supporting vulnerable communities abroad, we seek to build stronger individuals, families, and communities — today and for the future.
